Normally MOQ is negotiable, depend on raw material stocks. For OEM brand, 500pcs, depend on item itself.
Of course, both OEM and ODM are available. Send us details will be ok.
All our goods are 100% inspected by our QC team with strict standard in each process.
Delivery time will be depend on ordering quantity, normally 7-20days. If 500pcs, normally around 30 days.
For retail products, 100% should be paid. For wholesale order, 30% deposit is paid before production. Rest 70% before shipment or see copy of B/L. We accept order in Alibaba. Western Union, Bank T/T transfer, L/C and so on. Please discuss details with our sales team.
Warranty is 1 year, we can send you free spare parts to within this period. Even though out of this period, we can also provide spare parts life-long incase you pay for the shipping cost.
