Toilet Paper Band Saw

The Automatic Toilet Paper Cutting Machine is a professional automated pre-production device for small reel toilet paper, also applicable to hand towel paper and non-woven products. It connects large-width raw materials to small-reel finished toilet paper, perfectly matching Small Reel Paper Machines in paper plants.​
It handles 500-4000mm raw material widths (equipment length customized) and produces 50-600mm wide, 60-300mm diameter finished rolls (180-280mm standard, adjustable via fixtures). Key features include microcomputer-controlled automatic knife sharpening, non-electric hydraulic tensioning, pneumatic head-tail sorting, detachable feeding (easy export), discharge full-material pause, and broken knife protection.​
With a 900mm operation height, 2000mm machine head height (easy knife replacement), and 800-950mm adjustable connection height, it’s user-friendly. Its 1150mm frame width (after removing feeding frame) fits two machines per container. Integrated design enables quick on-site use, and 6-16 hours of aging tests ensure stable, cost-effective small reel toilet paper production.
